Rubique Technologies India Pvt Ltd, India’s largest online financial matchmaking platform, today announced the appointment of Manish Ahuja, as its Chief Financial Officer. Manish will play a key role in the company’s group level financial strategy and growth opportunities across its various marketplaces. He will be managing Rubique’s overall financial control and reporting along with aiding in strategic planning, forecasting and legal. Manish will also oversee strengthening governance process for audits and ensure best practices are implemented organisation wide.


Manish brings a versatile and successful track record of over 15 years across corporate finance, business finance partnering, treasury operations, implementation of financial systems and control framework implementation to Rubique Previously, he had successful stints with leading corporates such Quikr India, Experian, JPMorgan Chase and ICICI Bank, among others, spearheading several leadership and diverse roles such as Finance Head (CFO), Financial Controller, Finance Business Partner in Banking & Financial Services industry and Consumer organisations, to name a few.

In Manish’s last stint where he led the finance function of Experian India as head of Finance, he was responsible for managing the monthly business forecasting and budgeting functions; supporting business leaders and country leadership to plan and execute business plans and formulated strategic long-term growth plans, with a focus on identifying strategic fits from an inorganic growth perspective, yielding high growth paths for the company. With a prudential mix of finance strategies, his able leadership led Experian India achieve break-even stage for the business.


Manish has a Chartered Accountant degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has completed his Diploma in Insurance from ICFAI and CAIIB from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance.
